Default Ordering from HMOTORS, replacing parts?

"Start up warranty is only valid on USED, JDM & USDM motors and is unconditional when changing the following engine components:- spark plugs, spark plug wires (leads), rotor, timing belt, water pump and tension pulley. All of the previously mentioned have to be changed on JDM & USDM motors to become legible for the 100% start-up warranty."

I was told by a friend that they usually just change out the timing belt and water pump. Is the rest really needed? I dont want my new motor to fail so I want to do it right. Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Wires, Rotor, and Tension Pulley is that something I should do? How much will that cost for a B18C5?

its something you should do with an unknown motor anyway. its about $100 if you use ngk wires and plugs with oem cap and rotor.
