Default Only Running On 2 cylinders....HELP!

ok so i swaped a b20b into my 94 integra with PR4 ECU
it starts it drives but it feels like im in 5th gear when trying to accelerate.
i found out that only cylinder 1&4 are working, 2&3 are not.
checked compression 180 all the way across
checked the voltage on each injector clip and comes out 12.3 or so.

things i have replaced:
spark plugs
spark plug wires
rotor & cap
swaped a different dizzy to see if that was the problem and nothing

i check the codes and it was throwing 5 or 6.
fixed some today and it only throw 6 and 16 which are the water temp and FUEL INJECTORS
i put the water temp sensor on but i think i crossed the wires so ill check that tomorrow.
as for the injectors... should i replace them or what?
any help would be greatly appreciated

12V+ is supplied to the injectors by the PGM-FI Main Relay, the ground pulse to "fire" the injector is supplied by the ECU/ECM, confirm the injectors for cyl. 2&3 are getting a ground pulse from the ECU/ECM. 94

Check the timing belt and make sure it didnt skip a tooth and if it did,Replace it.Try swapping out injectors and try again. If not,Try replacing the fuel pressure regulator.

If the timing belt "jumped" you will have to reset the mechanical timing, the belt should be replaced, inspect and possibly replace timing belt tensioner, you need to know why it "jumped", bad belt or bad belt tensioner.

Have you checked if the injectors work or are getting the ground pulse from the ECU/ECM yet? 94

make sure you have your firing order right. Its 1342 if you didnt know. Either that or two injectors are stuck, try tapping them when trying to get it running. And its not going to be from the timing belt.
