Default Only 1 spark plug providing spark?

I just got my freshly built engine put into my car. Now I am having problems with spark it seems. I am getting spark only on plug #4...1, 2, and 3 are not sparking. I tested them manually by taking the plug out, hooking it up to spark plug wire, and grounding the spark plug body. Then had another person crank the car while I watch for spark.

I have replaced basically the whole dizzy assembly. New plug wires, new cap and rotor, and new dizzy assembly. The problem still persists. Could the wiring be wrong from the dizzy plug to the ECU? Any ideas?

Justin
