Default Head Gasket

Hey guys,
i searched around, looked for pics and read my manual twice....lol....i fit an OEM head gasket (engine isnt turned on yet) and its a 3 layer for a b16...well i noticed the pattern the head gasket should be put on the block, but when you flip the gasket vertically it will still go in i guess or in other words it looks very identical...i have noticed a side that had a plain black area and the other side shows a sliver circular lining! well i guess the silver linning is where it should be kissing with the sleeves right? anyway i know there is another way to double check by knowing position of the sticking curcular copper rings BUT i dont know their positions if someone can help!

i already torqued the head down and think i have done it right, but just wanna bouble check and would like pics and hints to know its right!
