I've had my springs on for 11 months now. My tires are wearing out pretty much even. I check periodically on my tire wear and the inside is fine. There not wearing out any faster the the outer part of the wheel. I've talked to a lot of my brothers friends who own car shops in LA and they've said I really don't need a camber kit for a my 2 inch drop.
If your getting your installation done at a shop, they might recommend a camber kit but you shouldn't need to get one. I suggest asking around and asking your friends about it.
