Default oil on wires

so i pulled my spark plug wires and there is oil at the top of the wires, i replaced the spark plug seals on the valve cover and this did not help. even when i clean the wires off than put them back in and let the car sit for a day or two without use and recheck there is oil on the top of the wires again. so since i replaced the spark plug seals could the cause of this be spark plug wires gone bad? or should i replace the seals again.

Sorry, but your post makes no sense. If you cleaned off the wires and then "put them back in and let the car sit for a day or two without use and recheck there is oil on the top of the wires again. " Ain't no way this can happen unless the Honda fairy is spilling oil onto the wires in the middle of the night.
