To make a long story short my oil pressure was really low and the v-tech was not working. The gauge reads 5psi. I took the valve cover and cam caps off to make sure the O-ring was on the 3rd cyclinder cap. Well it wasnt, so we now know what the problem is, so i thought! untill my buddy shows me that there is a bolt thats under the intake cam by the dizzy thats missing. Come to find out that bolt holds the oil pressure and i could have blown my motor. Does anyone know what size that bolt is, or can i just put any type of bolt there?

ok if you take the dizzy of and look into the head right under the intake cam there is a hex bolt that holds the oil pressure, well that hex bolt is not there.
thats right get a plug and put it in there
make SURE it is 1/8 BSPT
that plug leads to vtec oil gallery, mostly your reason for low oil pressure seems to be the missing o-ring and restrictor
