Hey guys I changed my spark plugs the other day and i had a small amout of oil on the number 3 plug (going left to right ) My mechanic said that there was nothing to worrie about and a small amount of oil is ok, is he right or do I have a bigger problem here ?

 

it is probly just hte spark plug seal between the rocker cover and head...

you can replace these if you are concerned...

BTW cylinders are counted from the front of the engine (pulley side) so your talking about #2.
