Default Oil leak?

Hey guys, my buddy has a '00 D16Y7 in his hatch and we noticed it has been leaking oil lately. Not very much , about a drop everytime we take it out. Now we jacked up the car and got under it. The oil is along where the tranny attaches to the block. But if you look closely its coming from above. So we took off a mount and it seems to be coming from the top of the oil pan. Any Ideas on what we should do? Theres no visible cracks or anything, and the engine is new and in great shape. We tried tightening some of the bolts but it still leaks. Any help would be appreciated because it's really starting to get annoying.

Thanks.

if it's leaking from the oil pan, unbolt it and get a new gasket, and use lots of gasket sealant.
