Default Oil Catch Can - Theoretical Vacuum Issues

I'm kinda hesitant to install my SRR oil catch can. I'm worried that with the longer hosing, the PCV valve won't see the proper vacuum to open it fully and/or for the proper durations.

Does anybody know if the vacuum drop associated with running an oil catch can and hosing is enough to hinder proper crankcase ventilation? -I would be installing the catch can right in front of the battery/EVAP canister, just below the stock STB. Hosing is about 1.5' to and then 1.5' from the catch can.

I need to get a vacuum gauge and some t-fittings to test this for myself, but if anybody is supportive or disapproving of this theory, let me know what you think.

you are thinking about it too much
the pressures within the block will open the valve

I wouldn't worry about it. If you were mounting it like 10' away it might be an issue but as long as the hoses are sealed properly you will be fine. The SRR can is nicely made. I'm thinking of getting one myself.
