Default oil burn under vacuum

well.. after my ITR cam/ intake manifold/ portflow valvetrain install i burn oil unter vacuum. (idle and after long engine braking)

I did install new valve seals but I may have ruined them because I tapped them on with a 3/8 ratchet extension and a hammer.. i didn't tap too hard but i guess it was too hard since it burns oil.

After searching and reading all the posts.. I think its the valve seals but was seeing if anybody has opinions.

PCV valve is good.

does it burn oil when you first start it up? I mean when you let it sit for a while, does smoke (blueish) come out the tail pipe? if so, then the valve seals are bad.
