oil burner

i am burner to much oil u can smell in the inside of the car and u can see little white smoke coming for the tail pipe, how can i fix it.

cause of this is usually valve seals or rings or other internal issue. In my case it turned out to be a bent rod, but i think that is more of the rare case.
