a heavy duty impact gun with a good air compressor should be able to remove that bolt......some of them are on real tight though.....
maybe buy a new tool?

get that crank tool and a good long breaker bar

morroso used to make a nice pig one piece design.....air gun will do the trick.....you can also jam the rotors with screw drivers, put the car in gear, have your buddy hold the brakes and steering wheel. put a nice long breaker bar on that thing and give it hell with your foot. Hold onto the bumper so you dont push off.....The ****ers can be on there tight, so when I say give it hell I mean it. Last one I had to break loose by hand, I almost blacked out
i have already had a crank bolt be so tight the impact gun wouldnt budge it,, apparently there is a strong loctite on that bolt from factory. to turn the loctite into liquid form again u gotta heat up the crank bolt cherry red then hit that bitch with the gun lol

theres no locktite on them..... and if you heat the crank bolt too hot, you run the risk of warping something important (like the crank) or melting the rubber in the dampener.
quit being a sissy and just give it hell

I have always wanted to try this myself but I usually have it done at a shop or pull the engine and so I never really run into problems when breaking the bolt lose but the tire shops around here have trucks that will go out and service tractors flat tires. They have to have some pretty big air guns on those trucks to service those tractors. See if you can get Les Schwab to come out and break it loose for you.
They don't loctite the bolt. It's heated before it is bolted in and then cools after it is in from what I hear. Just grab another one of the pulley holders and try again. I broke a breaker bar trying to get mine off the first time.
We heated the bolt up slightly and had one on the holder and another with a 3 foot pipe on the bar loosening.

one other thing I guess you could try is going to a local shop that is close. And have them break it loose with an impact. then tighten it back down with a rachet barely snug. Do not drive with it loose!!!
And they also make a product called freeze out, where it shrinks the bolt instead of expanding it like heat does, might try it also
If you play your cards right and make it as easy as possible on them. aka all the splash shields out of the way, you might get it done for free....maybe kick them a few bucks for lunch so the next time you need it done they'll remember you
