oem dipstick not holding tight in dart block-- dart dipstick available?
PR3 dipstick will drop right in, under no tension, as they usually are in stock blocks. payn tells me that there is a dipstick from dart, but they can't sell it separately? summit, the block distributor, says there is no dipstick specifically from dart. help? thanks.

Well i have a new in box Dart block sitting here right next to me and it was delivered with a dipstick, i tried to drop it into the block and it is a tight fit, it will not drop all the way without some "help" . Try contacting user Moxie as he works for Dart, should be able to give you an answer to this.
Edit: added pic of block and included dipstick.

My dart block didnt come with dipstick tube so i bought and oem one from honda..I just purchased another used dart and it also has an oem tube installed.. no issues..if the motor is apart just go buy an oem one and knock the old one out and replace it.
