Default Odd Shudder Sound

So I was on my way to Tampa on friday and about 5 hours into my trip whenever I stepped on the gas, it felt like under the floor would shudder a little. It got worse over the course of the rest of the trip, I did not drive it at all while I was in Florida, I took it to a mechanic today before I started home, could not find the problem, and it was not doing it.

On my way back to Augusta about 3 hours into the trip it started again and got worse and worse it only happens when I step on the gas and it is through all the gears pretty much, the most noticable is 4th and 5th gear, It stops as soon as I let go of the gas and turning and braking are still great.

Anyone have any ideas of what it could be? And is it covered under warranty? Only mods are lowered and CAI
Any help would be great bringing it to Honda tomorrow.

Could be the clutch slipping, broken or loose motor mount, or your car is in serious need of a tuneup.

Cheers,
Roy

I was thinking it was something that had to with the clutch as well, oh well about to find out but, a drop should not effect the warranty if it is the clutch though...or so I hope
