Default Odd CEL Codes

Everyday on the way to work (40min drive) i go down the highway on cruise control then get to a city i have to go through when i go through the city i need to slow down so i hit the decel button or tap the brake and gently slow down nearly everytime i do this the cel pops on and throws code 1 and 20 primary o2 and Electrical load detector i think...anyways it only happens when i am decelerating while still being in gear. the only problem i have seen is that my oil pressure seems to be a hair on the low side...10psi at idle...bout 30 at 3k and bout 50 at max i cannot find any reason for this problem but im not sure if this has anything to do with my cels...also i am running a plx m300 wideband and it is wired into the ecu to read the narrowband reading i am 99% sure that is hooked up correctly and i think it is because the cel is sporratic ill list my setup for more clues:
ps everything has been fine for like 6000 hard boosted miles...then this started

98 civic ex
D16y8
hondata s200b
po6 converted to p28 ecu
tuner toys 450cc injectors
walbro fuel pump
plx m300 wideband wired narrowband signal into ecu wired to pin a6 i believe on the conversion harness im pretty sure its on the right pin
cant really think of anything else that might be helpfull

Yup, vtec is good. I disabled the o2 heater and also the signal by checking the run in open loop box.

yeah i know how to do it i just wanted to use the o2 for correction ill try disabling ELD and see if anything happens during decel. I have tried over and over and it ONLY does it when i decel for a sort period if i go all the way to work without decelling while in gear there is no CEL...one thing ive thought about but didnt really consider it a possibility is that my o2 is mounted pointing slightly up....(the wires pointing slightly down) i now know it is supposed to be installed pointing down but maybe it has just accumulated a bunch of carbon and needs a cleaning...i wonder if brake cleaner would hurt it.

well heres a little update and a wierd one at that:

i decided I was gonna try out crome so i made up a basemap and drove around for a little bit. i disabled the o2 heater and ran open loop and also disabled the ELD BUT the stupid thing STILL gave me a code 1 how the heck is this possible? at first i forgot to check the open loop box and it threw the ELD code and the o2 code (1&20) then i checked the box and it only threw code 1 haha i dont get this...dont forget this is ONLY after decelleration while in gear after i have driven for a little bit.

that is known to be a bug in 0bd1, deceleration sometimes show CEL 1. mine happens about once a month. just turn off key then on.

Is it obd1 in general or like hondata, uber, all that, or is it specifically P06 converted ecus?
