OBX LSD install
i bought a 99-00 si obx lsd and in the process of installing it. Went to go check the clearance for the shim and the diff was binding with no clearnace at all. After putting the two diffs side by side i noticed that the obx unit has a ledge on the speed gear side that causes the bearing to sit higher on the obx unit. The ledge is causing the diff to be too tall to put the case on even with the bearing out. I tried all kind of oem bearings and even called bearing shops. Right now im just stuck cause i cant find anything that will work and i emailed obx but no response yet. Anyone have this problem or any suggestions?? no you get what you paid for responses thanks
