I heard one before, inside and out (friend has one). Beware of the noise.

I have yet to hear any skinny canistered muffler to produce a good sound from a Honda. All skinny canistered mufflers that I've heard including the Famous Apex-i N1, Hayame, 5Zigen Fireball, Nokya, all produced a common bumble bee raspy ratty sound. Some people love that sound, I myself can deal with it since I drive around with no muffler at times.
To give ya an idea this OBX muffler sounds more like a 400-600cc motorcyle when you have one resonator and no cat.

I'm yet to see a high quality piece from OBX. Don't buy that rice ****, you'll just have to replace it in a year or two when it falls apart or rots.
