through the 200 results ive searched for my problem, it never rele showed up or didnt get clearly answered. i have a 2000 acura integra LS OBD2B. i went turbo and going hondata. i got the conversion harness and a OBD1 p75 ecu. before chipping the ecu with hondata, i installed the ecu with my harness to see if at least the conversion is successful. note that i have the greddy blue box piggybacked on the obd2b original harness and with the conversion, assuming everything will function the same. i started the car and everything ran perfect BUT...
1.) idle becomes rough. starts out normal then the idle drops with the idle struggling as if the engine is about to die then back to normal. it keeps jumping back and forth. when i actual drive the car, it runs strong.
2.) my tachometer on my stock cluster does not work! BUT MY AUTOMETER ONE DOES!
and 3.) i also think my engine temp. gauge on my cluster doesn't work.
heres the thing, i take out the OBD1 harness and ecu and put back my OBD2B ECU and thats when i get frustrated, NO MORE PROBLEMS. my tach and engine temp gauge in my cluster works and perfect idle!
PLEASE HELP ME HONDA-TECH.COM!
