OBD2b CEL's
Are the CEl's from http://www.c-speedracing listed for 96-98 civics the same as the codes for the 99-2000 models. I have tried searching and have been unsuccessful. I have CEL from my engine swap. It is a B16a2 in a 99EX with a 2000 si ecu and wiring harness. ANy help would be appreciated.

yup yup...
OBD2a & b share the same MIL codes & P codes.
Infact, roughly all 88-01 civic & integra's share the same MIL codes.

Yes you do sir.
Yes you do sir.
Thanks for your help. I did it yesterday and found out it was my primary O2 sensor. I had it scanned and then I jumped the harness and checked the code. They were both the same so I guess I need an O2 sensor.
