Default OBD2 WaterPump on OBD1 Block? -B18C

Just want to know if using an OBD2 waterpump, on an OBD1 block will work. I would use the search feature but it blows on the new honda-tech and I got all unrelated search results.

Block 1995 B18C1

Waterpump 96-01 Integra 19200-p72-013

Car has an OBD2 Wiring harness.

Not sure as to why they are different part numbers from OBD2 to OBD1, I know the difference with the oil pumps such as a crank angle sensor being there or not, but was unsure why the waterpumps would be different.

Thank you very much
