99 civic hb with 98 gsr running 99 si ecu (for now)...i have a 94 gsr ecu for it and order the jumper today...should this get rid of my secondary butterfly problem and turn the check engine light off due to the second o2 sensor?

also what whp should i see after this when dino'd??
