obd2 head on obd1 block?

I searched, but seems like nobody covered this topic??? Can these be interchangable?? Soem help would be appreciated. I'm about to buy a 00 b16a head which i'm sure would be obd2 , but my block is a 95 gsr=obd1. I'm lost.

Ya that will be fine, I am pretty sure you just need the same OBD injectors, ecu, dizzy...

Will the vtec soleniod apply as well??
