Default obd2 B16 into 95 GSR

Aright, im indirectly involed with this one, ive been researching and only getting confused. Guy bought a shell and had a motor. i feel like theres more to do or which way to do this swap.
Options are Swap the obd1 car to the obd2 motor or
make the ob2 engine obd1

Which way would be easier and more cost effective?

im assuminge just change the engine to obd1

im sure its been asked a million times but i blame it on the noob*ness

And what mount would i need to put the Si tranny in the gsr shell?

Thanks for anything

i prefer the obd1 route, that means all ud need to really do is just make sure u have an OBD1 alternator cuz the obd2 plugs are different and an OBD1 DIstrib, and OBD1 injectors if u dont wanna rewire.

obd2 u would need still the alternator wired to fit, distrib wiring, and injectors, but thats up to u,
