That can be tricky because it was a transitional year, so you could have a "late" 1995 or an "early" 1996.
The easiest way to tell is by looking at the injector clips or distributor plug.
Also, the OBD2 U.S. LS's will have a crank angle sensor. Look for a wiring loom running next to the timing belt cover on the back.

The OBD2 injector clips can be unclipped with your hand, whereas the OBD1 clips I use a pick tool to release the wire spring.
The OBD0 clips are like the OBD1 clips EXTERNALLY, but have different tabs molded to prevent complete connection of the wrong type of injectors.
