Default OBD1 motor in OBD2 car

I have an OBD1 motor going into an OBD2 car. The motor has the OBD2 harness with the OBD1 injectors and fuel rail. The fuel is going through the rails to the injectors, but the injectors are not squirting into the motor. The CKF sensor is plugged into the harness but not hooked up becuase OBD1 motors do not come with this sensor. Any help?

The CKF sensor should not stop the fuel. How do you know that the fuel is not coming from the injectors? Also make sure that you are using an injector resitor box if the motor/ecu you are using requires one. There are 2 kinds of injectors with hondas low impedence and high impedence (resistence) if you are using or not using the resistor box when necessary it may have an effect on the injectors working properly. They may be getting too much or too little voltage. For ex. If your care prev had a box and the motor.ecu you are now using does not require a box the injectors may not be getting the voltage they need to open. . . Hope this helps. could be something completely diff but that is the first thing that comes to mind.

The motor won't turn over because there is no fuel going into it, but there is evidence that fuel is going into the injectors.
