Default OBD1 GSR motor

I am going to buy a OBD1 GSR swap soon. But i was wondering if there are vins numbers on these motors or trannys....or any other viable source to identify it. (not meaning the B18c1 code)

Thanks

The block should have P72 printed on it in 2 places. Not sure where, but on the block part of the engine. You will only see it when you pull out the motor.
