its tuned but is a 2g idle in the morning idleing down to about 700-1000 normal? with a 95 integra ls turbo fully built? does anyone have a good tune? if so i would love to look at it

when im on the throttle or off it its smooth but when im cruising. its shaky. depends on the temp outside but usually it shakes like the timing is off. i need help please!!
