similar question here. after removing the 2 resistors and replacing one w/ a jumper, is there anything else to do? there are two transistors(i believe) in the auto that the manual does not have. do i remove these or are they nonfunctional after changing the resistor setup?
can you post the pictures up again? looking to do the same thing but dont know where to put the jumper wire when jumping RP17, and 18.

Sorry for bringing an old thread back. My question is: which one controls the speedometer? I have the RP17 disconnected and the RP18 jumped. My odometer is going crazy because this guy messed with it before.
