Default obd0 heated o2?

With my new header, I will only have one bung, and chances are it won't get warm enough to function properly. From searching I understand that in obd cars the o2 is toggled on on/off through the ECU, I also understand that I will not be able to do this being I am running obd0. Is seems the only possibility would be to have the o2 heated all the time. Will this work...well? Should I turn off the second o2 at my ecu, or just split the wire at the ECU? Can I get a heated wire from any obd honda car???

TIA guys, I really appreciate the help.
