Default obd0 dizzy with obd1 ecu?

My ecu has 2 black plugs and one grey.....obd1?or obd0?

and my Distributor has two white plugs and looks like this.....
well i cant paste a pic for some reason so....
i found my dizzy at http://locashracing.com as a OBD0 B16A dizzy and thats it for sure.

What i really want to know is how is this possible? and Most Importantly

Where can i buy a NEW distributor cap and rotor? (for a B16A Obd0)

should be an OB0 if its PR3. You'll have to run an OBD0 distributor with it. You can get the cap and rotor at Honda or any parts store, just get one for a 90-91 LS integra.

There are OBD1 PR3's, but they aren't too common.
