hey, i bought a 92 cx with a pre obd b16a swap, the dizzy on it right now is rigged up...i think it might be a obd0 ls dizzy, i bought a new obd0 dizzy at distributorkings.com, and it bolted up fine and plugged in, but it wont run

the dizzy on it right now, i cant set ignition timing because it wont adavance at all, just running retarded.

any ideas why my car is being gay??
