Default obd question

i have a question.... i have a 94 integra ls and im planning on running an ls-vtec..i purchased a 97 gsr head which is obd-II and my block would be obd-I so and im going to run a p28 ecu..would i have to get an conversion harness for the distributor or no?? im confused about this

use an obd1 gsr dizzy, or you'll have to wire up the obd2 dizzy to your obd1 engine harness, I don't think I've seen a conversion harness for just the dizzy
