OBD check
hope this is in the right place.
i am in the military and i will be stationed at FT. lewis. in washington and i will be doing a OBD check for a e-check in the state of wasington, no tail pipe check. i have a 99 hatch with a 95 jdm B18C i/h/e hondata cam gears with cat. is there any hope for me passing or will i fail the under hood check and obd check horribly?? any inpout greatly needed.
