obd-2 and ABS? (p28 related question)

I have a 96 integra and am putting in ls/vtec w/ a obd-1 p28, now my question is will my ABS still work or will it fuggle up something or do I need to take it out... I just thought of this last night and would like to have it still.

the abs computer is separate
