obd-1 pr3 vs obd-0 pr3?

obd-1 pr3 vs obd-0 pr3?
What's the difference in those 2? How can you tell them apart? Also, if I wanted to switch from obd-0 pr3 to obd-1 pr3, what would have to be done to the wiring harness?
