Default o2 sensor wiring.

on the jdm first gen b16a...there are two o2 sensors on the header. how would i wire it to make it just use one of the o2 sensors? tia.

you could just splice the 2nd o2 to the primary o2 wire at the ecu.. there is a reason for the two o2's btw.. but if say you're running aftermarket headers or something.. not much you can do.

On the older B16's, the use of 2 O2's was to monitor 2 pairs of cylinders....so simply using 1 O2's output for both signals might introduce some hesitation/lag into the equation.
