Okay, when I ordered the o2 sensors, I got four wire type with the wrong connector - can these be modified or which USDM equivalent to order??

im assuming you have the preobd pr3 ecu.

You could use them and convert to 4 wire, but they cost so much.

I would return them and pay 1/2 as much for 1 wire o2 sensors.

 

yes, the obd0 PR3 the harness looked like one wire and so the sensor had 4 and that kind of messed me up

doed it matter which sensor to use with just the one wire?? which one to order

 

when i replaced the o2 sensors in my car i bought 1 '90 integra o2 sensor (same connector as the white plug o2 sensor) and 1 universal one wire o2 sensor for the green connector.

 

We used 88 CRX Si for ours.

welll, i went to pep (poop ) boys and got two bosch universals....

 

are these shrouded wires from the engine harness to the o2 sensor(s)? i looked at a couple of harnesses and when you look at the wires they are insulated and then there is a thin layer of silver wire underneath an outer insulation.....
