O2 Removal Help

I am halfway through my exhaust install and I'm stumped on how to pull out my o2 sensor. Some help please.

first disconnect the wire harness. then use a wrench to take it out. if it is stuck in their, use some wd-40. just be patient and it will come out. just to clarify which o2 sensor are you talking about?

The one on the cat. I got it off. I had to take the entire exhaust assembly off before I got enough leverage.

yeah those things are a bitch. you might just want to replace it. Isn't that what they do when you get a full tune-up anyways?????
