Notching single cam block

Notching sohc block
i am building my sohc and i am staying with the 75mm bore because ive been told i that there is not use in sleeving my block. i am running vitara set up with h beam rods. the rods wont clear so i need tips on how to notch my block the correct way~! pics of work would help me out alot.
