Default NOS in 5th for a ITR

Since I am new to the NOS game...I was wondering if any of the Vets could help. If I am in 4th on the highway, and hit nos then shift to fith....is it ok? I hear that 5th is a no-no for Integras. What do you guys/girls think? Can I squeeze in 5th hor about 5 sec?

you'll be fine. I ZEXed my SOHC Z6 in 5th from 125 to 140+ mph last time I was in Canada.

Right now it is the stock ECU but I just bought a Fcon and will be tuning in about a month. I talked to NOS and they said stocl fule mix is ok for a 60 shot. Is this true?

Make sure you do not hit your revv limmiter while spraying the nos!!! @120mph the stock ecu eliminates spark to two of the cylenders, not something you want to happen, even with out nos, my 97 hb locks up the front tires the second I hit 120 NOS are full of crap... you will need to adjust the fuel presure to achieve the proper air/fuel ratio when shooting that much no2. I run a B&M command flow FPR w/b&M pressure guage and it works great, also adds like 2 hp for daily driving. Normal fuel pressure is 36-40 psi@ idle, the nos kit will spike it to about 80psi or more when you juce it, but to ensure the proccess goes smoothly, you will need Fuel Pressure Regulator. If the FPR dosn't get the fuel pressure high enough, then you will likely need a fuel pump... Make sure your new ecu has no speed limiter, you will definatly need the extra fuel pressure if it is speed you are after..
