Default Is this normal or bad for a Acura Legend?

Today i was cleaning my moms engine bay in her 92 legend 3.2L (with ABS) and i looked at her air filter and the rubber piping for the intake was like kinda caked in dirt and oil and has a whole lot of oil in it and then i took off the tubing and the throttle body was caked in oil and dirt as well. I cleaned it all out. I know the breather part on the engine connects to the intake but i wouldnt think that much oil would be in there. IS this normal to have a lot of oil in the tubing? The car has 201K on it.

I wouldn't think it's normal man. my friend(v-thang on h-t) has a 90 vigor and they are similar cars, he never had this issue.

You might want to ask the guys in
https://honda-tech.com/zeroforum?id=17

since most of them there have vigors/legends
