did u do an oil change recently? maybe you over-filled. the oil is coming from the the hose where the intake is connecting to the vlave cover. check your oil level, get some cabeurator cleaner and spray your throttle body a little. clean it up

yes getting oil into the combustion chamber is BAD!!!!!!!!

take off the intake and while the car is on spray some cabeurator cleaner into the throttle body, while turning the throttle a little.

after that should be no harm

Yes, it's bad to overfill the crankcase. Remove the specific amount of fluid you overfilled with. Overfilling the crankcase can lead to MAJOR motor malfunction such as bent rods, etc.

Always check the level before you just dump motor oil in your crankcase. Drop in 3 quarts, add from there while continuously checking the level.

The oil in your intake pipe is a form of "blow-by". Jeep 4.0 motors are notorious for this due to the valvecover breather tube getting gunked by dried oil. This is a form of it.
