Default Non Rusting Rotors?

Are there rotors that don't rust up on the hats and edges? I know some brands are coated to help prevent rust, but it seems that only helps for so long.

i think theres a certain kind of metal that some manufacturers use on thier rotors that arent supposed to rust, but i cant think of the name....the cheapest way would just be to paint those parts so they dont rust.

the paint would come off, theres lots of force and friction on your rotors.
