Hi , I got a 91' hatch with B16A 1st. gen , the motor runs strong , doesn't smoke or anything , but , it's got a noise like something it's loose , at low idle you can barely hear it (like a clicking sound) , but , when you accelerate it gets loud , could it be a valve or what could it be ?

you need a valve adjustment..take it to honda or a shop that you trust

 

the sound is internal , but it doesn't sound like the valves , it almost sounds like some dimes and quarters inside the head (not so much , just an example) .....

check and see if your timing is off. your timing is probably going to be retarded
