Default Noise coming from Valvetrain???

Ive got a B17 GSR and it makes a loud metallic roar, almost sounds like a exhaust leak. I checked the fitment of the header, cat, etc. but everything looked good. I adjusted the valves a month ago thinking it might be valves and it didnt do anything. It doesnt compromise driveability, doesnt burn oil, doesnt run hot, doesnt use coolant, nothing... Its just very loud. The noise is very audible from about 2500-4000 rpm. Anybody else had similar problem?

Try unplug one fuel injector at a time while the noise is happening and see if it;s cylinder based...if it is it might be a rod bearing.....if it doesn't change it might be a main bearing....You can drop the oil pan and see if there is any cooper shavings....let me now

Check and make sure that one of the valve adjustment nuts didn't come loose.
