No VTEC On Re-Build - HELP!
I have put another PR3 OBD 0 in my car with the only change being replacement of the shortblock and now can not get VTEC.
I have no ECU codes and plenty of oil pressure with connectors satisfactorily attached - any ideas?

well, if you mean the one in the block i def confirmed it being there, and so if no codes does seem to indicate something related - does it ever stick? not heard of that happening.....
