Well, i finally got my b16 running, I got my p28 chipped and still no VTEC. What could be wrong. The solenoid is fine, b/c i split the wire and revved to 3k rpm and touched power on the battery and it kicks. what could it be. I don't have a check engine light. I do have an upshift light on the top right of the cluster.

I've been told that it could be the VTEC wiring but the wires were run by a good friend of mine that is a mechanic and has done it a bunch of times before. So I doubt its that.

Please relieve my headache

 

Could I have too much oil? I mean i'm just stumped and out of ideas
