rite, the vtec on my car isnt working. ive put a JDM ITR B18C engine into my civic ek4, im using a chipped p28 ecu and a OBD2B -> OBD1 conversion harness with my b16 loom.

so what have i done to try and sort it...?

ive tried a differnt solenoid, a one that i knew was worrking
ive used a multimeter to check the solenoid is getting electricity and it is, so that rules out a break in the circuit,
to rule out ECU ive tried using my standard jordan one...still no vtec
there is plenty of oil in it
engine sounds sweet would suggest there is good oil pressure

ive tried pretty much everything, its still throwing out the CEL code 21, aswel as 41, 20, 36, i cant see them codes affecting VTEC??

anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?
