Default No Start Problem

Alright heres the deal, I just finished swapping a new motor into my car, I installed a walbro 255, and the normal stuff you'd do for a turbo application.

Go to start it up tonite, and the fuel pump wont even engage (problem number one)

who knows if anything else is wrong, anyone have any ideas, i checked the plug on the pump and its good.

any help would be awesome

The only other thing that really could have happened that wouldnt allow your fuel pump to kick in is your ECU would be fried. But I dont think that is your problem. So if I were you I would check, double check and then check again! Im sure you'll find the problem.

Check to see if you have voltage going to the fuel pump. check for a ground. When you turn the key on, pump will run for a couple seconds then turn off. If you have voltage and ground, pump should run.

because you cant hear the pump prime it does not mean its not getting 12v.
-check voltage to the pump
-if the pump is not getting 12 when ig. on, then check you main relay and power to the main relay.

does you check engine light come on when you fisrt turn the key on?

you need to check the Main Relay. Voltage to the pump comes from that relay.
